Terms of Service
These terms describe the relationship between visitors, customers, participating independent contractors, and the Fencing of Houston matching platform.
Platform Role
Fencing of Houston provides information, request intake, and contractor-matching services. It is not the contractor of record and does not perform construction, installation, repair, estimating, permitting, surveying, utility-location, warranty, or project-management work.
Project Requests
Users agree to provide accurate contact, property, and project information. Submitting a request does not guarantee a match, estimate, price, schedule, permit outcome, or completed project. The independent contractor decides whether to respond and is responsible for its own proposal and services.
Independent Contractor Agreements
Any estimate, scope, payment, contract, warranty, permit, schedule, or dispute concerning physical work is between the customer and the independent contractor the customer chooses. Customers should review credentials, insurance, written scope, exclusions, property-line assumptions, and contract terms before authorizing work.
Acceptable Use
The website may not be used to submit false or abusive requests, interfere with security controls, access another person's account, scrape private information, or disrupt the platform. Access may be limited when needed to protect users, partners, or the service.
